It's hard to believe Dennis Johnston has never been to Thailand. Fid is a fine dining restaurant, with some of the most interesting food in the city.
It's eclectic, innovative, fresh and  immaculate, with a European approach but strong Asian influences.
The dinner menu is eclectic and constantly changing, with expensive ingredients in complex, unusual recipes.
At lunch, the menu is stripped down, with just a handful of choices for entrees and appetizers and only a few deserts.
All the entrées come with an appetizer included in the price. |
